      Description

The use of LIBS instead of LDFLAGS in various tests breaks when things like curl or other dependencies aren't in the system paths. The tests add -lcurl to the link line ahead of the -L option pulled in by LIBS. These should be converted where needed to XMLSEC_LDFLAGS when the options involved include a mix of LDFLAGS and LIBS content.
