Cutover of everything is now done, and the remaining tasks are to fully decomission the old services. The wiki is down but Jira is still up for the moment, and none of the rewrite rules for the old systems are gone.

We will probably hold until the end of August.

Finished creating all the member projects.

Did some cleanup of issue fields and screens to get rid of a lot of “Migrated on….” messages and delete some old unused fields.

I’ve on-boarded member projects A-K today.

Completed Jira migration except for support desk.

Finished setup of notifications and purged out all unused groups and settings.

Removed the Service Management and Work Management “products” from the system now that migration is done.

Remaining task is to get all the member projects created and then complete that migration for member support.

Jira migration is under way, all unsupported and few other projects migrated with a couple of basic rewrites in place, particlarly issue links.

Started experiments with member-specific projects.

Cleaned up and reviewed screens, permissions, roles, etc, with separate configs for member and software projects.

Created new support-<member> groups to house people with support access to assign to each member project in the Users role.

Installed Git integration and set up all repos.

Ready to start the scheduling of the live projects and complete the move.

Some big "final" tasks are going to be necessary:

• Setting up new filters and updating product release notes to link to them.

• Working out how to link components and versions in the member support projects to the underlying components and versions in the projects, which seems to be something the add-on I installed might be able to manage.
