Removed the documentation. The code removal will happen as part of the V4 work (the resource is @Deprecated already)

We have decided to remove support for SVN resources (see IDP-1172). This has been flagged in the wiki, but the example configuration in {{idp-conf/src/main/resources/conf/services.xml}} doesn't mention this yet.
We should add a note about the deprecation for IdP V3.4 and remove the example configuration entirely in IdP V4.0.
