      Description

Our default metadata-providers.xml defines a top-level chaining provider without a sortKey attribute. This results in the following INFO on every restart:

INFO [net.shibboleth.idp.profile.spring.relyingparty.metadata.MetadataProviderContainer:96] - Top level Metadata Provider 'ShibbolethMetadata' did not have a sort key; giving it value '1'

It would make more sense to me for the example file to include sortKey="1" directly so that people didn't need to go through the business of figuring out what to do about the message.
