Integration tests should do more than jetty 8

Description

Initially this was done as IDP-775.

We have a good idea on how to achieve this:

  • separate installable items for Jetty 8, jetty9 and possible even tomcat)

  • Special code inside the integration test base class to install & configure the correct container.
    But this will also involve rototilling the installer.

We are testing on more than Jetty 8 these days : was 9.4 and now 10 as well as some support for Tomcat.

does this represent actual work we have to do yet? Obviously the tests are not running on Jetty 8, are they?

Updated the https://build.shibboleth.net/jenkins/view/All/job/java-idp-integration-tests-multi-linux-jetty/ Jenkins job with the latest Jetty versions and IdP snapshot versions.

I plan on running tests against the 3.3.1-SNAPSHOT tomorrow, just didn't get to it in time before the nightlies, which will start soon. (We missed Thursdays nightlies due to maintenance.)

Resolving even though the Tomcat work is not done, I suggest we do that work in separate issue. We currently are testing against Jetty 9.2 and 9.3.
