Integration tests should do more than jetty 8

      Description

      Initially this was done as IDP-775.

      We have a good idea on how to achieve this:

      • separate installable items for Jetty 8, jetty9 and possible even tomcat)
      • Special code inside the integration test base class to install & configure the correct container.
        But this will also involve rototilling the installer.
