      Description

I wasn't thinking when the client-storage views were created, and we didn't split them into "user-modified" and "logic" portions like we did for logout. So it's not practical yet to change the look and feel, and that's a problem since those views flash pretty evidentally in a lot of cases.

It won't be as easy to factor apart as logout, but worth a try. I think this should be backward compatible in that the user view tree should trump the system tree, so if we ship files named the same as the "shells" that replace the old views, they should take over in an upgraded install, and if somebody already copied them to change the views, their versions will stay and won't be referencing the new system files.
