Attached a diff of idp-distribution/pom.xml to remove references to jetty.

FWIW I changed java-idp-example-jetty-base to produce .zip and .tar.gz artifacts rather than .jar, that should help you, I would think.

Remove jetty-base from idp-distribution, the new location is java-idp-example-jetty-base.
