Ah. Ok, thanks for pointing that out. I'm finding it tough to track the various threads on this, and for some reason these new tools for "visualizing" a lot of svn-based projects are not helping me understand what's going on.

If you can get somebody to actually tag and release something official...

This is compatible with that version, yes.

I'm planning to test this branch, https://code.launchpad.net/~mordred/libmemcached/win32, which is a more recent version of the library with the win32 tweaks to make it work on Windows. At least that's what the author says.

Is that compatible with the Windows library we/you were using, or does it need to be ifdef'd?

(BTW I haven't checked on whether that code has been released or not lately, so I guess I'll check again.)
