metagen.sh includes xmlns for NAKEDHOSTS

Description

metagen.sh when used with -D includes xmlns="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:profiles:SSO:idp-discovery-protocol" for NAKEDHOSTS in the <disco:DiscoveryResponse> element, but not for HOSTS. Since all namespaces are declared in the EntityDescriptor (unless -O is used), dropping the xmlns from line 165 (in branches/REL_2) is an easy fix.
