SImple Aggregation plugin should allow "prefixing" of attributes or dedicated extractors

Description

There may be a need in some scenarios to differentiate between "first party" and "third party" attributes, so having a way to separate attributes acquired from third parties would be useful.

Added dedicated extractor/filter plugins. A prefix setting only works with a change to the getAttributeIds API to take the application involved, so this is a workaround.
