Example Apache config uses require valid-user

Description

The example apache24.config.in file in the 2.5.2 distribution has:

<Location /secure>
AuthType shibboleth
ShibRequestSetting requireSession 1
require valid-user
</Location>

Given the release notes, I suspect that should be require shib-session instead now.

I can do that across them all too, because the CompatWith24 flag is content-level, so I can turn on support for those rule types conditionally.
