      Description

While working on XSTJ-21, I discovered that the existing --signatureRequired option is ineffective.

It's a boolean option, defaulting to true, whose effect is documented as being:

"Treat unsigned documents as an error. (default: true)"

Although this documented default behaviour appears to be correct, there does not appear to be any way to obtain the opposite behaviour.

If this option isn't valuable, we might fix this by just removing it.

It if is seen as valuable, we should make it actually work, probably by changing the option to being --noSignatureRequired or similar and inverting its sense.
